How a project runs

Four steps from a napkin sketch to launch

Every game we make moves through the same honest pipeline. Fixed scope, weekly builds, and a playable version in your hands early.

01

Concept & Pre-Production

2–4 weeks · from £4,500

We turn your idea into a one-page design doc, mood boards, and a paper prototype. You leave with a clear scope, art direction, and a realistic budget — no surprises later.

Developer testing a prototype level on a large monitor
02

Vertical Slice Prototype

6–8 weeks · from £12,000

One polished level that proves the fun. Core loop, feel, and a slice of art all working together so you can play it, show investors, and know exactly what full production buys you.

03

Full Production

4–12 months · from £48,000

Heads-down building — level design, systems, audio, and QA in two-week sprints. You get a fresh build every Friday and a shared board so you always know where the money goes.

04

Live Ops & Post-Launch

Ongoing · from £3,200 / month

Launch is the middle, not the end. We handle patches, seasonal content, storefront updates, and player-data dashboards so your game keeps growing after day one.

Postcards from clients

What studios and founders tell us

A few notes pinned to our wall from the teams we have shipped with.

"The vertical slice they built got us our seed round. Investors could literally play the pitch instead of reading it."
Hannah R.Founder, Bristol · March 2025
"Weekly Friday builds kept our whole board calm. We always knew what we were paying for, down to the sprint."
Daniel O.Publisher, Manchester · November 2024
"Their live-ops team caught a save-corruption bug within hours of launch. Our player reviews barely dipped."
Sofia M.Indie dev, Lisbon · January 2025
"We came in with a messy idea and left pre-production with a scope we could actually afford. Honest to a fault."
Ben T.Studio lead, Edinburgh · August 2024
